Optimal performance, guaranteed

Magnolia's Guaranteed Performance Agreement, or MGPA as we call it, is one of the most important services we offer. More than a mere "extended warranty," MGPA offers exclusive features, including:

•  Priority repair service. Bring your item in for service, and it gets top priority over other non-MGPA repairs.

•  Unlimited preventative maintenance for the life of the Agreement. Send your equipment to us as often as you want. Even if there's nothing wrong with it, we'll clean it, configure any updates and ensure that it is performing at its peak.

•  Transferable, nationwide coverage. If you sell your equipment or move to a different state, the equipment is still covered, and can be serviced at any of our partner service centers across the country.

•  No Lemon policy. If an item covered by Magnolia's Guaranteed Performance Agreement fails a fourth time after three qualified repairs during the course of the agreement, we'll replace it for free with an identical item or one of comparable functionality.
