The following Privacy Policy describes the information and privacy practices for Magnoliaav.com and Magnoliaht.com (the "Magnolia Web site"), and does not apply to information collected in Magnolia Audio Video stores or Magnolia Home Theater stores in Best Buy locations. As used in this Privacy Policy, Magnolia shall refer to Magnolia Audio Video, the operator of the Magnolia Web Sites. This site contains links to other sites operated by third parties, including but not limited to third party sites that display the Magnolia trademarks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these third party sites, and we encourage you to review their site for details about their customer information practices. What information does the Magnolia Web site collect and how is the information used?

Does Magnolia share the information I've provided?

Magnoliaav.com and Magnoliaht.com do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Magnolia is owned by Best Buy Co., Inc. As such, any information you may provide to Magnoliaav.com or Magnoliaht.com may be combined or shared between current or future Best Buy entities and subsidiaries. Magnolia may need to share your personal information with certain third parties such as our agents, service providers and other representatives acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share personal information with third parties to perform services on our behalf such as sending e-mail and direct mail marketing communications, conducting research and analysis and administering sweepstakes.

If you submit an insurance claim form, we may need to share your information with the manufacturer of your product and your insurance company to resolve the situation.

From time to time, we may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation or as otherwise required by law. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves. Do I have choices regarding the use of my information for marketing purposes?

Any personal information you provide to Magnoliaav.com may be used to send you marketing communications that contain valuable offers, promotions and other content. You always have the ability to stop receiving future marketing communications from Magnolia.

Magnolia will take appropriate steps to implement your request to stop receiving our marketing communications. Please note that due to production, mailing and system timelines, in order to remove you from our marketing lists it may take up to 10 business days for e-mail and up to six weeks for direct mail.

Also, please note that even though you are requesting not to receive future marketing communications, you may still receive business-related communications such as order confirmations, product recall information or other organization-related communications.

Does Magnoliaav.com and Magnoliaht.com collect information from children?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.

Will this privacy policy change?

Because our Web sites will continue to implement new technologies and improve the services and features we provide, this policy is subject to change. If there are changes or additions to this Privacy Policy we will post those changes on Magnoliaav.com or Magnoliaht.com or in other formats for you to review. If we change our information practices or this Privacy Policy in such a way that your personal information may be used or shared in a different manner, we will give you the choice to opt-out of having your information used or shared in that new manner.
